Pursuant to s.70.45, Wis. Stats., notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for 2024 assessment of the Town of Madge will be open for examination on Friday May 10, 2024 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at the Madge Town Hall. Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin law will be available at this time. This is your opportunity to to look over the assessment roll and talk with the assessor about any concerns or questions you have.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Review for the Town of Madge, Washburn County is scheduled for Friday May 17, 2024 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Full requirements to appear before the Board of Review and procedural requirements if appearing before the board is posted on the website (townofmadge.com) and all 3 posting places in the Town of Madge.
