NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF MADGE, WASHBURN COUNTY Notice is hereby given of a special town meeting of the electors of the Town of Madge on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2025 budget, which begins at 7:00 pm at the Madge Town Hall. The Town Board calls this special town meeting of the electors pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1) (c) of the WI Statutes for the following purposes: To adopt the 2024 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2025 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of the WI Statutes. The regular Town Board meeting will immediately follow the completion of the special town meeting of the electors which is on Wednesday November 13, 2024 at 7:00pm. MONDAY APRIL 22, 2024
The annual road tour for the Town of Madge will be on Monday April 22, 2024. The Town Board will meet at the Madge Town Hall at 5:30 pm and will drive and inspect town roads, boat landings and town property’s.
The annual road tour that was scheduled for March 24, 2024 was canceled due to weather.
