Budget Meeting: NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING TOWN OF MADGE WASHBURN COUNTY   Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Madge Town Hall, a public hearing on the proposed 2025 budget for the Town of Madge in Washburn County will be held. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at all three posting location in the Town of Madge, on the website at: townofmadge.com or by calling the Clerk at 715-210-6697 for an appointment.     NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF MADGE, WASHBURN COUNTY   Notice is hereby given of a special town meeting of the electors of the Town of Madge on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2025 budget, which begins at 7:00 pm at the Madge Town Hall. The Town Board calls this special town meeting of the electors pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1) (c) of the WI Statutes for the following purposes: To adopt the 2024 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2025 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of the WI Statutes.   The regular Town Board meeting will immediately follow the completion of the special town meeting of the electors which is on Wednesday November 13, 2024 at 7:00pm. ELECTION NOTICE

TOWN OF MADGE

 

Notice is hereby given for the Presidential Preference Primary and Spring Election to be held at the Madge Town Hall on Tuesday April 2, 2024.

The polls are open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The Madge Town Hall is accessible to elderly and disabled voters.

 

At the close of voting on Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat.19.84, the Election Inspectors will convene as the Local Canvassing Board for the purpose of conducting the local canvass pursuant to Wis. Stat. 7.51. This meeting will be conducted at the Madge Town Hall and will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.81-89.
