NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF MADGE, WASHBURN COUNTY Notice is hereby given of a special town meeting of the electors of the Town of Madge on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2025 budget, which begins at 7:00 pm at the Madge Town Hall. The Town Board calls this special town meeting of the electors pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1) (c) of the WI Statutes for the following purposes: To adopt the 2024 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2025 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of the WI Statutes. The regular Town Board meeting will immediately follow the completion of the special town meeting of the electors which is on Wednesday November 13, 2024 at 7:00pm. ELECTRONIC VOTING EQUIPMENT

Under Wisconsin State Statute 5.84(1), public test of the electronic ballot tabulation system will be held to ascertain that the equipment will correctly count the November 8th, 2022 Partisan Election votes cast for all offices and on all measures. All test are open to the public. Test date for the Town of Madge, held at the Madge Town Hall will be on Tuesday November 1, 2022 at 11:30 am.
